The National Asphalt Pavement Association held a “Paving Smarter with Asphalt” conference May 4 and 5 in Austin, Texas. The two-day event featured a series of seminars covering the latest developments in paving, recycling and milling.
Representatives from NAPA, Hutchens Constructions Co., Roadtec Inc., R.K. Hall Construction, APAC, the Maden Contracting Company, Haskell Lemon Construction Co., Silver Star Construction Co., the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana Departments of Transportation, Lion Oil, the Texas Transportation Institute, the Maryland Asphalt Association, Gencor Industries Inc., and Caterpillar Inc., delivered presentations.
