Richie Rodriguez is the new Bobcat product manager at Tom Growney Equipment Inc. (TGE), the John Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment dealer and Bobcat Compact Equipment dealer in New Mexico and far west Texas. Rodriguez replaces Larry Dugan, who retired on June 30 after 23 years of service at TGE.

Rodriguez began his Bobcat career at TGE in 1993 as a Bobcat territory sales representative handling part of metro Albuquerque and all of northern New Mexico. He was nationally recognized by Bobcat twice during his tenure as a representative of the Bobcat “Performance Council.”

Rodriguez’s duties as Bobcat product manager will include overseeing Bobcat inventory management and all Bobcat product related sales activities within the dealership.

“Our dealership is fortunate to have Richie Rodriguez as a manager,” said Tom Growney, president of Tom Growney Equipment. “Richie’s extensive Bobcat background, experience and customer focus made him a natural to head up our Bobcat Product group.
