Mack Boring & Parts Company has purchased a new facility to help the company secure new business and better serve its existing customers.
Located in Wauconda, IL, it is 15 mi. northwest of the company’s former Buffalo Grove branch. With 10,000 sq. ft., the new site will accommodate all Mack Boring’s lines of marine and industrial engines, a service department and new training classes for dealers. There is room for expansion to support future growth.
The facility acts as the centerpiece of Mack Boring’s Great Lakes operations and boasts a growing staff. Recently appointed Regional Manager Chuck Balboa said, “We’re planting deep roots in the Great Lakes. With the advanced facility and our reputation for superior customer service, we hope to pick up new lines and grow our presence in the region.”
