The new Powerscreen Warrior 2100 screen features Powerscreen’s triple-shaft technology first developed for the Warrior 2400 and exclusive to Powerscreen heavy-duty mobile screens. The triple-shaft technology has a 16 by 5 ft. (4.8 by 1.5 m) screen box and amplitudes and accelerations of 16mm and 6g respectively. Media solutions include bofor grizzly, finger modules, punch plate and new 3D punch plate for scalping, screening and recycling. Adjustable speed, stroke and timing further enhances versatility and performance in recycling, biomass and aggregates, according to the manufacturer.

Conveyors feature excellent stockpiling heights, a chassis riser and telescopic side conveyor option, a class-leading screen box raise function, ability to raise the collection conveyor. Chute design with feeder under-tray slide-out minimizes spillage and material build-up around the machine. The long tail conveyor feeds a secondary plant without benching in almost all applications.

Other features include reduced setup and shut-down times, reduced fuel consumption with 1800 rpm running speed and enhanced hydraulics, and two-speed tracking with automatic high-speed engine ramping. It is powered by Tier III/Stage IIIA Cat C4.4 ATAAC or Tier IVi/Stage IIIB Cat C4.4.
