North Jersey Bobcat Rings In ’04 With 10 New Employees

North Jersey Bobcat has geared up for the new year with 10 new additions to the Bobcat team.

The move from Elmwood Park to Totowa, NJ, has allowed the company to grow and more personnel was necessary to continue to provide quality customer service.

The new hires that have been trained and are meeting with customers include: Elizabeth Iorillo; Steve Pollard; Henry Thissen Jr.; Eric Silvestri; Sean Meyers; Frank Steffen; Heather Vanker; Darren Briggs; Karen Lagomarsino; and Garry Briskie.

Elizabeth Iorillo is the branch manager of the company’s Flanders location. She has 10 years of industry experience.

Steve Pollard is the new service manager with more than 20 years of experience in construction equipment service.

Henry Thissen Jr. and Eric Silvestri are service technicians with knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines and electrical systems. Sean Meyers helps in many capacities in the service department.

Frank Steffen is New Jersey Bobcat’s rental application specialist with Heather Vanker as the company’s rental coordinator.

Darren Briggs is an account specialist. He is teamed with Ethan Waller to combine their efforts and territory to provide increased customer service.

Karen Lagomarsino is North Jersey Bobcat’s receptionist at the company’s Totowa headquarters.

Garry Briskie, parts manager, was hired to handle the parts department’s increased storage and inventory as well as delivering service and parts to customers. He also is undertaking the task of introducing new light construction products to customers.
