Northland JCB has promoted Ryan Sears to construction sales representative. Sears joined the Northland JCB team in August and will be covering parts of northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
Sears began his career at NITCO in 2012 as a mechanic and was quickly promoted to a parts and service representative before joining the construction division — Northland JCB.
