The Ohio Aggregates & Industrial Minerals Association (OAIMA) announced that it has completed the purchase of a new facility to house the association offices.
The location is exactly 2 mi. from its current location at 746 Morrison Road Gahanna, Ohio 43230. The new OAIMA office is a stand-alone building and nearly doubles its current square footage.
OAIMA shares the nearly one acre lot with an additional office building, which was also part of the purchase. This additional space is fully leased and will provide some additional income.
