The Ohio Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Association (OAIMA) announced updates to its 2025 Annual Meeting and Trade Show, taking place Nov. 13–14, 2025, at the Hilton Columbus in Easton, Ohio.
This two-day event is one of the largest gatherings of aggregates, industrial minerals and construction materials professionals in Ohio, offering attendees an invaluable opportunity to network, learn and engage with peers and industry leaders.
Speaker Lineup
OAIMA announced an adjustment to its program schedule following a scheduling change. Vivek Ramaswamy will now appear as the closing speaker on Nov. 14, in the Hilton's Grand Ballroom. Known for his entrepreneurial leadership and national perspective on business and policy, Ramaswamy will deliver remarks that explore innovation, leadership and the future of American industry.
In addition, OAIMA has added Lt. Col. Steve Russell as the luncheon speaker on Nov. 13. Russell's extensive experience — as a soldier, author, former U.S. Congressman, small businessman and pastor — brings a unique and inspiring view on leadership and perseverance. A decorated veteran, Russell led the mission that resulted in the capture of Saddam Hussein, an experience he shares in his book "We Got Him! A Memoir of the Hunt and Capture of Saddam Hussein."
His session will focus on teamwork, resilience and effective leadership — skills that translate across all industries.
