PACCAR Breaks Ground of Facility in Columbus, Miss.

PACCAR broke ground on its new engine plant near Columbus, Miss., in July. The $400 million facility will include a 420,000-sq.-ft. engine plant and technology center on a 400-acre site.

This facility will enhance PACCAR’s integration of technology in design, engineering and manufacturing according to the company.

Construction will begin immediately and is due to be completed in 2009.
