Construction Equipment Guide

A small crew from Pete’s Trucking and Demolition were called to Boca Raton, FL, this summer to repair damage caused last year during Hurricane Wilma.

The Plantation, FL-based company brought its Kawasaki 80ZV wheel loader and a Komatsu D39 bulldozer to build a 6-ft. tall berm along SR 441 for Boca Woods Country Club. The previous berm and several trees were wiped out by the hurricane.

Owner Steve Miller said the project required 13,000 cu. yds. of material.

Anthony Miller was the job superintendent. CEG Staff
