Pioneer South Carolina, a division of Blanchard Machinery Company, showed off its newest line of equipment Oct. 16 at Phillips Recoveries in Pelzer, S.C.

Doppstadt manufactures equipment used for waste reduction and recycling. The product line includes slow speed shredders, high speed grinders, trommel screens, conveyors, picking stations and drum chippers.

Pioneer organized the demonstration “to increase customer awareness of the product and our association with the supplier,” said Bill Padula, vice president of forestry.

The equipment is geared to those involved with construction and demolition, municipal waste, mulch and compost producers, and site prep contractors. That includes Phillips Recoveries. The company, owned by Mike and Vickie Phillips, takes in C&D debris, industrial waste, tires, concrete and land clearing debris.

Pioneer represents Doppstadt in all of South Carolina and the western half of North Carolina.
