Process Machinery Inc. announced Nov. 3, 2025, that Jennifer Ratterman, executive vice president and co-owner, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Executive Leadership award by the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers (KAM). This honor recognizes exemplary leadership, innovation, community engagement and operational excellence within Kentucky's manufacturing sector.
Ratterman has been a part of PMI for 29 years, rising through the company by learning every aspect of the business. Her leadership has helped guide PMI's growth while keeping a strong focus on culture, transparency and operational improvement. She led the successful implementation of a new ERP system for the company, streamlining operations and increasing corporate efficiencies.
Ratterman fosters a culture where every team member feels heard and valued. Her open-door leadership style encourages collaboration and empowers employees at all levels. Her role has been instrumental in PMI's continued success and its most recent announcement of an $11.5 million expansion that will create jobs and increase production capacity.
The award was presented at KAM's 2025 Manufacturing Awards ceremony, held at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, Ky., on Oct. 28, 2025.
