Ernie Thibeault, president of T-Quip Sales & Rentals Inc., headquartered in Londonderry, N.H., has appointed Randall Sanderson to general manager.

Sanderson has a strong industry background, going back to the 1980s when he ran his own construction company, which focused on housing subdivisions and commercial work. Following that, Sanderson spent more than a decade with a Caterpillar distributor serving in a variety of roles including sales representative, compact equipment specialist and international sales representative for used equipment.

In his new position with T-Quip, Sanderson’s primary focus will be buying and selling used equipment for the company’s three locations, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Florida. Sanderson plans on “bringing a global face to T-Quip, giving us exposure to the world market and some of the buying and selling opportunities that global companies have access to.”
