Ransome Cat appointed John R. Piscitelli Jr. as the Power Systems product support representative responsible for Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington and Ocean counties in New Jersey.
Piscitelli has been an employee of Ransome for 32 years, working his way up from a technician to a service manager to now a product support representative He holds several certifications from Caterpillar.
In his role as Power Systems product support representative, Piscitelli will work closely with individuals responsible for generator service contracts, emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, extended warranties, automatic transfer switch testing and repair. Ransome Cat services Cat and non-Cat generators in standby and prime power applications.
