When it comes to demolition, recycling and onsite material processing, time, space and cost are always at a premium. Remu's new crusher bucket range is designed for contractors looking to turn their excavators into full-fledged mobile crushing plants.

In the past, many demolition and roadwork projects have relied on stationary crushers or offsite processing, which is costly and time-consuming. Remu's new generation of jaw crusher buckets are designed to streamline workflows, cut transport costs and radically improve site sustainability.

The new crushers are built from premium wear-resistant steel and employ advanced jaw-plate designs to deliver consistent crushing power over time even when dealing with tough materials like concrete, rock or asphalt. The adjustable output allows operators to choose the right particle size from coarse for fill or base layers to finer aggregate for backfill or paving sub-bases.

Remu's new jaw crusher bucket line comes in three sizes, each suited to different excavator tonnages and project scales.

• Jaw-70 — for excavators 12–20 tons: compact, agile and ideal for tight urban sites, small demolitions or selective concrete processing.

• Jaw-90 — for excavators 20–25 tons: a balanced mid-size solution, ideal for mid-sized demolition, roadwork or asphalt recycling projects.

• Jaw-110 — for excavators more than 25 tons: the heavy-duty solution for large demolition sites, quarry work or large-volume recycling tasks.

Regardless of the model, the crushed output is dispensed below the bucket simplifying stockpiling or reuse, and output size can be adjusted on-the-fly to match job requirements.

Benefits include slashing costs and boosting efficiency; sustainability and circular economy; flexibility for many sectors; and lower maintenance and higher uptime.

If you manage demolition, road repair or construction waste, or simply want to reduce rock/concrete hauling and landfill fees, this might be the single most cost-effective upgrade to your fleet: Instead of loading waste into trucks, hauling to a crusher or landfill, then hauling back aggregate — you mount a crusher bucket on your excavator, crush materials on site and feed them directly into your next phase: backfill, paving base or roadbed — all saving time, fuel and money on a smaller carbon footprint.

For small-to-mid-size urban jobs where space is tight, the smaller model (Jaw-70) offers compact power. For larger roadwork, quarrying, or heavy demolition, the Jaw-110 gives you full-scale capacity.

With its new crusher bucket lineup, small, medium and large, Remu offers an alternative to traditional demolition and crushing workflows. For United States-based contractors, infrastructure firms and recycling-minded operators, these buckets unlock stronger efficiency, sustainability and flexibility — all from just an excavator.
