Foley Incorporated, the Caterpillar dealer for Northern New Jersey and Staten Island, recently promoted Bart Rhea to general sales manager of construction division machine sales.

Rhea, a graduate of Colorado College, joined Foley in 1986 as a parts and service representative. He later became the general line account manager for Sussex, Morris, Somerset and Passaic counties. In 1997, Rhea was promoted to field sales manager.

Rhea will have responsibility for directing the entire construction division sales force and two field sales managers.
