Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Holds Auction in Kansas City

Ritchie shows its Global draw as hundreds of equipment items drew bidders from 45 different countries.

Close to 1,800 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Kansas City, Mo., on March 28.

Bidders came from 45 countries, including 49 U.S. states. Close to 75 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Guatemala, Indonesia, Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates. Online bidders purchased more than 27 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).
