More than 1,950 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in North East, Md. Oct. 23

Bidders came from 47 countries, including 48 U.S. states. More than 85 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Austria, Ecuador and Thailand. Online bidders purchased more than 60 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

In total, more than 1,800 equipment items were sold at the auction, including wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators, crawler tractors, loader backhoes, truck tractors and more.
