More than 2,500 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros.’ multi-million dollar, unreserved, public equipment auction in Los Angeles on Sept. 25.

Bidders came from 38 countries, including 45 U.S. states. Approximately 30 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers from as far away as Egypt, New Zealand and the Philippines. Online bidders purchased approximately 50 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

More than 1,975 equipment items and trucks were sold in the auction, including 125 truck tractors, 120 trailers, 40 compactors, 35 loader backhoes, 25 excavators, 40 flatbed trucks and 20 dump trucks.For more information, please visit www.rbauction.com.
