More than 1,750 bidders participated online and on site at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Orlando, Fla., on May 16.

Bidders came from 55 countries, including 49 U.S. states. Close to 60 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers from as far away as Chile, Egypt, Vietnam and the Netherlands. Online bidders purchased more than 40 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

In total, more than 1,500 equipment items were sold in the auction, including crawler tractors, excavators, wheel loaders, truck tractors and more.
