Rugby Manufacturing recently announced the promotion of Billy Fossen to inside sales manager. Fossen has served as Rugby’s senior inside sales coordinator for the past three years.

“Billy has proven himself to be an extremely valuable asset not only to Rugby, but to our distributors as well,” said Ray Salley, Rugby general manager.

Prior to joining Rugby, Fossen served as manager of a rental center company with locations in Bismarck and Fargo, N.D.
