SharpGrade has successfully launched its flagship GS130 precision grader blade into the United States market, following its debut at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026. The unveiling generated interest from contractors and dealers, with advanced orders secured and consistent engagement from attendees throughout the event.

Positioned as the most powerful and versatile grader attachment in the SharpGrade range, the GS130 is built for the highest-horsepower, large frame skid steers and compact track loaders in the 100–135 hp category: the fastest growing segment of the CTL market.

These high-hp machines are bridging the gap between conventional skid steers and small dozers. SharpGrade recognised these large machines lacked the specialised tools necessary to translate their increased capabilities into realizable value and acted, according to SharpGrade.

Combining the bulk material handling and trimming capability of a six-way dozer blade with the finishing precision of a dedicated grader, the GS130 effectively bridges the gap between compact attachments and full-size motor graders, according to SharpGrade.

Following its United States debut, the GS130 was transported to Arizona for real-world field validation of technology integration, where it was paired with a Kubota SVL97-3 compact track loader fitted with the latest sensor technology.

Operating in extremely dry, dusty conditions, the machine demonstrated exceptional durability and consistent grading performance, validating key design features engineered specifically for harsh and abrasive environments, according to SharpGrade.

Designed for demanding applications including roading maintenance, civil construction and large-scale pad preparation, the GS130 delivers accuracy, productivity and reliability where it matters most, according to SharpGrade.

Its zero cross coupling system ensures precise blade control without the compromises of traditional center-pivot designs, while the side-shift and pitch system eliminates common wear points found in conventional grader attachments, according to SharpGrade.

A feature of the new GS130 is its dual-configuration capability. With a hydraulically removable front chassis, operators can quickly and remotely switch between six-way dozer blade mode for heavy material movement and precision grader mode for fine finishing work, making it the world's first 6-way blade with side shift, pitch and side wings, according to SharpGrade.

The pitching blade solves the most difficult aspect of 6-way blades; getting them to trim accurately. By adding motor grader functionality to a 6-way blade, the problem has been solved. This "two and a half machines in one" approach enables contractors to maximise machine utilisation while reducing both capital investment and transport costs.

"The response at ConExpo exceeded expectations," said a SharpGrade spokesperson. "Contractors immediately recognised the GS130 as a genuine alternative to multiple, larger, more expensive machines. Seeing that interest translate into orders from all corners of the world and then backing it up with strong field performance and technology validation in Arizona confirms we've delivered something the market has been waiting for."

With optional features including hydraulic folding side wings for controlled material flow and the StratoGrade scarifier system for surface conditioning, the GS130 is engineered to perform across a wide range of jobsite conditions from unsealed road maintenance to urban construction environments, according to SharpGrade.

Machine control ready — the GS130 is designed to integrate with all popular 3D machine control systems, enabling repeatable accuracy and improved productivity on large and multi-stage projects.

The GS130 also is compatible with QuadGrade SimulGrade joystick control, scheduled for in release Q3 2026. SimulGrade will provide control of all functions from the right-hand joystick, including individual or combined proportional control of both blade cylinders, wings, articulation, side shift and blade pitch.

The successful United States launch marks a significant milestone for SharpGrade as it continues to expand its global footprint and deliver unique grading solutions to contractors worldwide.
