SharpGrade will unveil its most powerful and versatile grader attachment to date, the GS130 precision grader blade, with a first public showing at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026.

Designed for high-horsepower skid steers and compact track loaders in the 100 to 135 hp range, the GS130 combines the material-moving capability of a six-way dozer blade with the finishing accuracy of a true grader, bridging the gap between compact grader attachments and full-size motor graders.

Built for Road Maintenance, Construction, Large Pads

The GS130 has been engineered for applications including roading maintenance, civil construction and large-scale pad preparation, where accuracy, durability and productivity are critical.

From shaping and maintaining unsealed roads to trimming basecourse, preparing pavements and finish-grading large commercial or industrial pads, the GS130 enables contractors to deliver consistent results using compact, highly manoeuvrable machines.

Structure, Capability

The GS130 carries forward the rear structure and linkages of SharpGrade's G128 platform, enhanced with a fully rigid side-shift and pitch system engineered specifically for six-way blade operation.

At the heart of the design is a 3.5-in. induction-hardened chrome side-shift cylinder rod, which also functions as the side-shift and pitch pivot. This creates a self-contained, self-lubricated system with no sliders, guides or shims to wear or seize — a major advantage in dusty, abrasive roading and construction environments.

Black nitride gland caps, extended 10-in. gland bushes and carefully managed hose routing further enhance durability while reducing ongoing maintenance.

Zero Cross Coupling

Unlike conventional six-way blades that rely on a center pivot, the GS130 uses SharpGrade's zero cross coupling design. This improves grading accuracy, reduces reliance on operator skill and delivers consistent results across long runs, particularly important for road formation, maintenance grading and large pads where uniformity is essential.

When pitched forward with material under the blade, the GS130 can finish-grade effectively in six-way mode. With the removable front chassis installed, accuracy increases even further, delivering grader-like performance without stepping up to a dedicated motor grader.

Two Machines in One

The GS130 features a removable front chassis, allowing it to be configured for the task at hand:

• Six-way dozer blade mode for bulk earthmoving, road repairs, batter shaping and material spreading.

• Precision grader mode for final trim, formation work, pavement preparation and large pad finishing.

This versatility allows a single attachment to replace multiple machines on site, improving use and reducing capital and transport costs, according to the company.

Built for Serious Production

Comparable in capability to a small motor grader, the GS130 offers an alternative for many applications traditionally requiring a 12M-class machine. Paired with modern large-frame compact track loaders, it delivers pushing power, six-way control and maneuverability on constrained road corridors and busy construction sites, according to the company.

Optional hydraulic folding side wings form a smooth, continuous cutting edge when deployed, helping prevent material spill onto curbs, paths and finished surfaces, ideal for urban roading environments. An optional scarifier system allows operators to loosen compacted surfaces and condition material ahead of grading.

See It First at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026

The GS130 will make its first public appearance at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026, where attendees can see the new products firsthand.
