Mark Silva is now the director of construction equipment at Northland JCB. Silva previously held the title of general manager at the Concord, N.H., branch location while also overseeing the construction division. He has been a part of the Northland JCB family for two years but has a total of 25 years of experience in the industry. Silva will spend his time growing the construction division, which includes JCB, Avant and Vibroscreen.
