Skanska Appoints New Program Director of Skanska's Integrated Solutions

Skanska appoints Jason Cheney as program director of Skanska’s Integrated Solutions. With 20+ years of experience in construction leadership, Cheney will oversee owner’s project management services for public and private clients in healthcare, education, and more in New England and New Hampshire.

Skanska has appointed Jason Cheney as a program director of Skanska's Integrated Solutions (SIS) group.

Cheney brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry and a robust track record in construction leadership, business development and preconstruction management across healthcare, higher education and institutional markets.

Cheney joins the SIS group as a program director providing comprehensive owner's project management services. In this role, Jason will leverage his extensive background in project delivery, client development and preconstruction leadership to support both public and private K-12, healthcare, manufacturing and higher education clients across New England and New Hampshire. Cheney will play a key role in guiding complex capital programs and ensuring exceptional outcomes for institutional partners.

Jason Cheney is an accomplished construction and business development leader with extensive experience overseeing project delivery, preconstruction, revenue forecasting and strategic client development. His background includes directing multimillion-dollar programs in healthcare, higher education, clinical environments and municipal sectors, while managing P&L performance, staffing, client relationships and corporate reporting to executive leadership.

Cheney has opened new regional markets, built long-term partnerships with major healthcare systems and educational institutions and led teams delivering master planning, estimating, value engineering and constructability services. His senior roles, including project director of CSL Consulting LLC, director of business development of Engelberth Construction, Inc., preconstruction manager of Trumbull-Nelson Construction and project executive of Taocon Inc., highlight his proven ability to grow revenue, establish market presence and successfully deliver complex capital projects.
