Southeastern Equipment Company recently hosted its 5th annual Family Day, an employee appreciation tradition that brings together team members, their families and friends for a day of connection and celebration. This year's events drew 395 attendees across the company's regional locations.
Each region celebrated in its own way. The Northeast region spent the day at Cedar Point, enjoying roller coasters and funnel cakes, while the Northwest region attended a Toledo Mud Hens baseball game. The Southeast region headed to Kings Island, and the Southwest region gave participants a choice between Kings Island and Cedar Point. Each gathering included a catered meal, offering time for families and co-workers to relax and connect outside the workplace.
Now in its fifth year, Family Day has grown beyond a company event into a cornerstone of Southeastern's culture. Designed to strengthen morale and relationships across teams, the event reflects the company's commitment to fostering community and recognizing the people who drive its success.
The annual event underscores Southeastern's long-term investment in its people and culture — values that continue to define the company as it grows across the Midwest.
