Stephenson Equipment Inc. (SEI) welcomes Ben Daugherty as its newest crane specialist and territory sales representative covering Central Pennsylvania. Daugherty will be handling lifting solutions for companies and businesses in Harrisburg, Pa., to North Central Pa., including State College, Mansfield and Williamsport Pa.

Daugherty comes to Stephenson Equipment with 25 years of experience and an extensive background in the crane industry. Throughout his career he has worked for Eisenhart Crane, Crane Werks Crane Rental, and since 2009, has been the general manager of Greiner Crane.

Daugherty's industry experience allows him to understand the business challenges of Stephenson's existing and future customers. With the addition of Daugherty to Stephenson's crane sales group it solidifies SEI's dedication to serving the Pennsylvania and New York markets crane and lifting needs, according to the company.

When asked about his decision to work for Stephenson, Daugherty said, “I have used Stephenson for years, they have always done right by me and the companies I have worked for. SEI always keeps a large inventory of new and used cranes available. This allows me the confidence that the right crane can be found for my customers jobs and needs.

“SEI also has an excellent parts and service department to maintain and keep a crane in good working condition and performing on the job.”

Daugherty will be working out of Stephenson's Harrisburg, Pa., office when he is not on the road with customers.
