Mexican businesswomen at the head of one of the most important mobile crane companies in Mexico City, Elvia Berumen and Ana María Berumen have taken up the legacy of their father, Don Salvador Berumen at the head of Magruber S.A. de C.V.

In an industry that, to this day, continues to be mostly run by men, surrounded by a difficult and complex environment, as well as the challenges of managing and operating a large fleet of mobile cranes, a large team of 55 workers, performing precision lifting and assembly engineering of up to 500 tons.

"It is an honor and a pleasure for Tadano America Corporation to work with these young and talented women who face the challenges of the lifting, assembly and transportation industry in Mexico every day," said Tadano.

Elvia Berumen said, "For us, being women in this industry is a great pride and a great responsibility. We are showing that there are no exclusive sectors for anyone, that talent and passion can open any door. We hope to be just the beginning, the first of many women who dare to venture into this world of heavy machinery, lifting and engineering. To women who hesitate to take the first step, we say: trust in your ability, be brave and make history. We want to thank Tadano for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate our work and for recognizing the effort we have put into this industry. Having allies who value ability and professionalism regardless of gender is key to continue advancing and paving the way for more women in this sector."

Tadano America Corporation congratulates Magruber and especially the Berumen sisters on the recent arrival in Mexico of their two new Tadano GT-300EL 30-ton capacity truck-mounted cranes. Tadano wishes them much success and are extremely proud to work with such outstanding women in its industry.
