Cowin Equipment Company carries the full line of Takeuchi compact earthmoving equipment, including compact excavators, compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders and skid steer loaders as a full-service authorized distributor, and the company serves the Takeuchi rental business.

Founded in 1938, Cowin Equipment Company Inc., a family-owned construction equipment and rental company, has carried the Takeuchi line for more than 12 years.

Company representatives said they were pleased to be awarded the territory expansion, and look forward to serving their customers’ needs in southern Mississippi.

Takeuchi was the first manufacturer to introduce the compact excavator and compact track loader to North America, setting the stage for one of the fastest growing market segments in the construction industry, according to the company.
