Terex Environmental Equipment (TEE) has appointed Conor Hegarty as international sales director, outside of North America. He will have global responsibility for all sales and business development activity.

Hegarty brings more than 10 years of equipment manufacturing experience to the company, joining TEE from Powerscreen, another Terex Company. He has progressed through a number of roles increasing in responsibility for the Powerscreen product line. He started as a dealer manager in 2003 before joining the sales team as a recycling specialist in 2006. In 2007, Hegarty moved to the position of dealer manager of eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Russia. He was then promoted to position of regional sales manager of the rest of world (ROW) in 2012.

“Conor is a welcome addition to the TEE team. In his new position he will focus on developing new ROW sales and service and supporting existing distribution for Terex Environmental Equipment,” said Martin Dummigan, TEE global business line director. “His experience complements the strengths of the existing team and I am confident that Conor will work effectively within the organization to help achieve the goals as we build momentum in 2014.”
