The new Terex Pegson 1165 HR “M” single-toggle jaw crusher features hydraulic overload protection and hydraulic setting adjustment. The hydraulic release is designed to open automatically on overload, such as if a large piece of steel enters the crushing chamber.
In addition, the 1165 HR offers maximum seal life and crushing efficiency, high output and enhanced reduction capacity, fuel economy, an aggressive crushing action, even stress distribution, simple blockage clearance, and a high-swing jaw that reduces the risk of blockages. It is useful for recycling applications and medium-hard stone.
The unit is built on a heavy-duty I-beam chassis and track frame. Dust suppression sprays are fitted as standard and it has a hydraulic folding Hardox feed hopper. Power is supplied by a Caterpillar C-9.
