Trenchers Plus Inc. was founded by third-generation construction equipment dealers, Brian and Dan Folkman, in 1988. The company began with a line of Case Trenchers and Allied Hole Hogs.
Prior to founding Trenchers Plus, the brothers had worked with their grandfather, father and two other brothers at L.F. George in Oconomowoc, WI, learning from more than 40 years of experience in underground construction equipment sales and service.
The company’s 15,000-sq.-ft. Burnsville location features a 6,500-sq.-ft. full-service shop for maintenance and repair of all makes of equipment.
Fully equipped service trucks also cover customers’ field service needs. Each truck is equipped with cranes, welders, air compressors and specialized tools manned by factory-trained service technicians.
Trenchers Plus specializes in equipment for underground utility contractors, carrying a wide range of Ingersoll-Rand including compact wheel loaders, compact excavators, backhoe loaders, compressors, generators, small asphalt compactors, small soil compactors, light compaction, utility material handling, light towers, and concrete equipment.
