Volvo Construction Equipment Rents (Volvo CE Rents) has announced the opening of new independently-owned Volvo CE Rents equipment rental centers in Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Wenner Equipment Inc., owned by John S. Wenner, has opened a Volvo CE Rents center at 1309 Wilmington Pike, West Chester, PA, and W.E.R. Inc., and principal William Walsh, has opened a Volvo CE Rents store at 12727 Oak Lake Court, Midlothian, VA.

Each of the new rental centers is an independently-owned and operated Volvo Construction Equipment Rents franchise within the Volvo Construction Equipment rental program. The Volvo CE Rents centers will carry, in addition to Volvo construction equipment, a comprehensive line of essential equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial, and homeowner markets.

Principal Volvo products for its rental franchises include compact excavators wheel loaders, backhoe and skid steer loaders.

The Volvo CE Rents franchise program features include use of the Volvo brand, financial assistance, a fleet purchasing program for non-Volvo products, a Volvo proprietary software program, training, facility design, safety training and procedures, and regional and local marketing.
