Volvo Construction Equipment Rents (Volvo Rents) announced the opening of a new independently owned and operated, equipment rental center in Arkansas. The Volvo Rents store is the fifth Volvo Rents franchise operation owned by Paul and Penny Bullock, of JPS Equipment LLC.

The Bullock family opened its first Volvo Rents franchise in West Monroe, La., in 2003. They later added stores, in Alexandria, La., Bossier City, La., and Geismar, La. and have been named Volvo Rents’ Franchise of the Year for the fourth year in a row during Volvo Rents’ Circle of Excellence Awards in 2010.

The El Dorado Volvo Rents rental center will carry, in addition to Volvo construction equipment, a comprehensive line of essential equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial and homeowner markets. Principal Volvo products for its rental centers include the company’s extensive line of compact excavators and wheel loaders, and backhoe and skid steer loaders.

“We are excited to expand our business into Arkansas, and look forward to serving our customers in the El Dorado construction market,” said Paul Bullock. “This new location will provide our rental customers in the El Dorado and surrounding counties with faster access to equipment delivery and service.”
