The Menomonee Falls, WI-based Wacker Corporation finalized the purchase of Ground Heaters Inc. of Spring Lake, MI, April 2.
Ground Heaters is a leading manufacturer of portable hydronic heating equipment and indirect-fired air heaters for construction industry customers in North America and Europe.
