Werk-Brau has introduced new extreme duty loader buckets.

The new loader buckets feature abrasion-resistant AR400 through AR500 steel, and horizontal wear strips for extended service life in the harshest conditions. Tapered side plates reduce wear and allow for easier dumping. An inclined bottom reduces loading forces, allowing the bucket to do more and last longer, with less wear and tear, according to Werk-Brau.

A stout top design withstands the high digging forces exerted by today's more powerful machines. This allows the bucket to be used in harsh conditions without worry of overloading or breaking, according to Werk-Brau. With capacities from 2.0 to 9.0 cu. yds., Werk-Brau extreme duty loader buckets are ideal for digging in virgin soil and re-handling abrasive material up to 3,200 lbs./cu. yd. in density, according to Werk-Brau.

Werk-Brau's extreme duty loader buckets are made in the United States with short lead times. Standard sizes are available to fit loaders of all classes and types. In-house design capabilities and finite element analysis allow Werk-Brau engineers to create special designs and capacities upon request.

Every Werk-Brau loader attachment is manufactured to OEM specifications for all makes and models of wheel loaders.

The cutter bit is made from extreme duty T-1 material and all critical or high wear components use AR400 through AR500 steel for strength and durability. By starting with robust, dependable materials, the bucket is designed for heavy duty action and able to endure excessive wear and tear, according to Werk-Brau.

In addition to strong materials, the design of the bucket also was made with durability in mind. Horizontal wear stripes and an extra thick cutting edge backed by a wear plate that covers the entire bucket bottom ensure greater endurance. Side wear plates protect high wear areas to extend the buckets' operational lifetime, according to Werk-Brau.
