On April 12, Woods CRW Corp. held a grand opening celebration for its new sales and service facility in North Oxford, Mass. The new facility, which will service Woods CRW crane customers in southern New England, is centrally located just outside of Worcester, Mass. The 15,000 sq. ft. building is situated on a five-acre lot, leaving the company with plenty of room for future expansion.
All aspects of the facility have been specifically designed and equipped for the maintenance and service of cranes, including 40-ft. high ceilings; two 15-ton (13.6 t) overhead cranes; and three 100-ft. long bays with oversized 26-ft. wide doors to accommodate crawler cranes.
The event was well-attended and included facility tours, door prizes, an operator rodeo, fantastic refreshments and displays from various manufacturers and suppliers.
