OSHA Officials in Oregon have captured the exact moment a shoring trench collapses with a work in the trench, seconds after an OSHA Official warned of the danger.

In the video the official is seen to walk up to a road crew working on a trench. With one worker in the trench itself, the official immediately notices a problem with the setup, and calls for the worker to be evacuated from the trench immediately. Seconds later, one wall of the trench collapses while the worker desperately clings to a pipe to avoid falling in.
