Yanmar’s V4-5 wheel loader offers lift capacities of 4,134 lb. (1,875 kgs) at full lift and 6,945 lb. (3,150 kgs) at low lift with smooth hydraulic performance. Single lever operation features “auto-leveler” which places the bucket level on the ground. The bucket moves quickly back to the loading position and helps make the operator more efficient. Two-mode control allows the operator to select fully automatic shifting or a fixed-speed mode for low travel speed operation in restricted areas. Rear-axle oscillation traverses and delivers smooth power over uneven ground while reducing operator fatigue.

The operator layout provides spacious legroom and a comfortable seat with reclining seat back. An “inching pedal” allows quick engine/transmission disconnect deceleration while the steering column mounted single-lever operation allows instant switching between forward and reverse.

Yanmar’s 3TNE84 direct-injected Clean & Silent diesel engine rated at 36.5 hp (27 kW) at 2,500 rpm powers the V4-5 and is EPA compliant. The Yanmar V4-5 has a ROPS canopy equipped operating weight rating of 7,376 lbs. (3,346 kgs), with a bucket capacity of 0.65 cu. yds. (.5 cu m), along with the model V3-5 compact loader with a ROPS canopy equipped operating weight of 6,472 lbs. (2,936 kgs), and a 0.52-cu.-yd. (.4 cu m) bucket capacity.
