Hyundai Construction Equipment USA (HCE) has appointed Sam P. Ji as president.
Ji will work out of Hyundai Construction Equipment’s corporate office in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and will be responsible for Hyundai’s construction and fork lift businesses in North America.
Ji has been with Hyundai Heavy Industries for more than 20 years. He previously worked for Hyundai Construction Equipment USA as general coordinator, financing and administration. Most recently, he worked as general manager of overseas sales at Hyundai’s global headquarters in Korea.
Hyundai Construction Equipment manufactures a complete line of crawlers, wheeled excavators, wheel loaders and skid steer loaders.
