Construction Equipment Guide

Bunch Brothers held its annual Fall Louisville Auction on Dec. 9 at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center in Louisville, Ky

Among the equipment up for bid were cranes, crawler tractors, hydraulic excavators, skid steers and wheel loaders. The auction drew an enthusiastic crowd of bidders from Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. While the primary draw was the equipment up for bid, the auction also has become a great place for contractors and equipment dealers to meet and catch up with one another.

The bidding brought $32,000 for a 2003 Caterpillar 420D 4x4 loader backhoe, $33,000 for a John Deere 544F wheel loader and $52,500 for a 2000 Terex TS14F motor scraper.
