Hunyady Auction Company conducted an auction July 17 in Finleyville, Pa.

The auction, conducted for Richard Lawson Excavating Inc., was held to help the company downsize and involved a 90 percent liquidation of equipment.

Key machines up for bid included five excavators and 12 crawler tractors, as well as loaders, end dumps, scrapers, compactors, backhoes, dump trucks, truck tractors, trailers and shop and contractors tools. The auction attracted an active group of onsite bidders from the area, as well as a good deal of online bidding activity.
