Ritchie Bros. held an auction March 31 in Statesville, N.C.

More than 2,100 bidders participated online and in person during the auction. Bidders came from 39 countries, including all 50 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces and one territory. More than 82 percent of the equipment was sold to buyers outside the state, from as far away as Australia, Germany, Colombia, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.

Online bidders purchased 43 percent of the equipment sold.

The auction featured more than 1,100 equipment items and trucks, including hydraulic excavators, crawler tractors, loader backhoes, skid steer loaders, wheel loaders, truck tractors and more.
