Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers purchased the auction business of LeBlanc Auction Service Ltd., an Estevan, Saskatchewan-based auctioneer of agricultural equipment and land. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This acquisition is part of an initiative intended to further establish Ritchie Bros.’ presence in the used agricultural equipment and land markets in Saskatchewan, Canada. Jason LeBlanc, auctioneer and general manager of LeBlanc Auction Services, now heads Ritchie Bros.’ agricultural operations in Saskatchewan.
