Ritchie Bros. Holds Multi Million Dollar Sale in Chicago

More than 2,750 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Chicago, Ill., on Dec. 12.

Bidders came from 40 countries, including 47 U.S. states. More than 70 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Australia, Malaysia, Peru and Saudi Arabia. Online bidders purchased more than 45 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

In total, more than 1,450 equipment lots were sold in the auction, including agricultural tractors, combines, hydraulic excavators, loader backhoes, crawler tractors, wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks, truck tractors and more. For more information, please visit www.rbauction.com.
